If you’ve always wanted to learn how to scuba dive, discover new adventures or simply see the wondrous world beneath the waves, this is where it starts.

The PADI Open Water Diver course is the world’s most popular scuba course.

This is your ticket to a lifetime of exciting underwater exploration. Virtually anyone can learn to scuba dive.

The theory part of your PADI Open Water course is online, so you can study at your own pace in your own time and join us for the pool and open water dives. This part takes between 8-10 hours and we recommend that you complete this E-Learning at home before you arrive at the resort.

Under the supervision of your PADI Instructor you’ll make at least five pool dives Then  you get to experience the Malolo Reef and surrounding area for your four Open Water dives all in warm water averaging 28c with 15-25m visibility.

The PADI Open Water course is usually run over a period of 3 days.

Electronic certification will be issued upon completion of course.

A Junior Open Water Certification is available for children aged between 10 and 15 years.

Upon certification you will be qualified to dive to 12 metres with a certified adult or dive professional.

Course Pre Requisites

To sign up for a PADI Open Water Diving course, you must be at least 10 years old. No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary.

You will need to complete the Dive Medical form.
